Does anyone have vacation plans ?

Let's see who is going on vacation and what fun everyone will have.?????

I am going on a mini vacation starting Sunday untill Wednesday to go on a Canoe trip and camping, I can't wait we are going to the Current River in Missouri and float in our canoe for 2 days and just camp.
No cell phone service is available but just hiking and canoeing will be so awesome .
Our campgroung is right by A river bank with a beach so we will be sunnung and swimming and just having a great time.
Will be thinking of you all.

Algarve sounds like fun - I have travel brochures about the area and have read about that area for a couple years.

Luso - have you been in touch with 'famke' from Australia? Seems to me that she is in that area.

Sure would be nice to talk to her again - I met her in Malaysia '04.

Well ... as you might know I am going to visit Luso in Portugal this summer.
And also my wife and I will go touring the South of England for a couple of weeks. We both are very interested in garden architecture, and for that England is just perfect.

Torben you are going to the right place for garden architecture, we lived in the UK for 4 years and visited many Castles and Gardens it is so awesome to see them.

Summer camping in our local state parks.
I love camping and most likely will be doing some kayaking as well.
Now that gas is off the hook we are staying close to home
and enjoying our local natural resources.

We will be checking in on my dads house as well from time to time
and enjoying a nice respite there as well.

Planning to go to Portugal a coupple of days and then southern France. Hope to catch some parties on the trip.
