I think that the minimum investment amount required is US$5000 but you make a certain residual % income for each new production unit they open worldwide. They have a certain number of shares to sell.

Dont invest ANYTHING in this! It is a big scam! This "company" is started by the master scammer Ronald Flynn! Those of you who knows a thing or two about the MLM world remember him from one of the biggest scams in history named Global Satellite Corporation. He is operating mostly from Taiwan and the Phillipines. He has about 30 or 40 failed "companies" in his pocket..

I have looked into this company and you cant find Ronalds name on any info or papers until it is time to buy shares and sign the papers! There he is, listed as head of the whole company and the one who will get your money when you have honestly signed the papers with your name.

So if they contact you (usually by phone, because they are ripping phonenumbers from forums and so on) , just tell them to go to where the sun doesnt shine and hang up the phone.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR WARNING ....But are you sure about it ? I know that SCAMS are more and more elaborated and seem like legitime companies these days but this ones doesn`t really look like that

....have you got any special information you`d like to share with us ?

Because as I said above it`s harder and harder to find out what`s is a scam and what`s not these days.

I mean if you look at their website and all the work envolved it`s amazing to see how people put so much effort, work and time in this kind of stuff when they really could use the same effort and time to build something true and honest

They even sent me the whole process explained with chemical reactions that make sense. They also sent me all the signed contracts with public companies they say they are envolved with, their registration papers, etc.

Last week I sent them several questions by email. No reply so far

Yep, they contacted me by phone too. It`s a Brasillian guy and guy named Joshua FLYNN.

I didn`t go so far because I refused to be an investor and asked if I could be the representative office of such a great technology here in Portugal. They said yes but I still had to be a share holder for that

Well, I think you must be right and best thing to do is stay away from it

Let me introduce myself my name is Joshua Flynn. I will give everybody the correct detailed information so that you all get a better understanding about what is going on in this crazy world we live in today.

1. GSBC: Was a corporation created in Thailand and owned in Thailand. Steven Tung was the inventor of the smart screen that was going to be used to display advertising at malls as well as hotel chains around the world. Mr. Ronald Flynn great idea was to have Mr. Tung sign over the patents to GSBC so that we could do a reverse merger into a shell company and start expanding GSBC and take these smart screens around the world. Michael Lee a Malaysian man introduced Steven Tung to my dad to try to get Mr. Tung out of his bad situation so that he could start making money on his invention not FMCN who was using his patent and paying him pennies on the dollar. When the time was needed for Mr. Tung to sign over the patents to the public company Michael Lee and Mr. Tung tried to extort 5 million dollars from Mr. Flynn and said that they would not sign unless he would give 5 million dollars upfront. WOOOOOW amazing how when you really know the story you start to understand who the bad guys really are. At this point of time Mr. Flynn had secured many contracts with huge malls and hotel chains around the world and now he was stuck in a sticky situation. Then when Mr. Tung and Mr. Lee were not successful they then used a supposable close attorney to my dad and a employee Jerry Dubin to come up with a plan to steal all my dad’s assets as well as scare myself and my family from Thailand to make us believe our life was in danger. I have to admit what a great plan these snakes had. They told my dad to leave as soon as possible and sign over all his assets to attorney Steve Burke. He said don’t worry Ron I will keep all your belongings safe and once I sale your assets I will release the funds to you. That’s not what happened of course he decided to split all of the funds from the properties owned with all the venomous snakes in Thailand. So I suggest you start doing a little more research before you start judging.

This doesn’t make any sense and as far as this comment goes I can understand that whoever you are you really have not even looked closely at our website or our paper work. If you had you would have noticed Ronald Flynn name is on every single document that is listed as well as why would a man who was running a scam company post a video of himself introducing a product that can be watched by the whole world. Somebody who is running away and doing bad things would definitely not post a video of himself on his website as well as use his real name? Secondly if you know anything about private companies you will know that the founder of the company is really the person you are investing in he is the one that is running the company he is the captain and he should have his name on all documents created.

This is very funny. I feel bad for whoever you are and I am not quite sure why all these ridiculous comments. If you must know our company works with many lead companies around the world that are accredited investors and are by referral basis only. I was quite enthusiastic with this new technology and opportunity but, after so many scams, I was very scared to jump in unless I didn`t have to put any money out of my pocket at the start, so I said to this brazilian guy who contacted me that I could go for it as a representative only and maybe as an investor later and he said that wasn`t possible and that`s the only reason I stayed out.

Yes, he is a very sophisticated scammer. He operates with many names on the net. Several of them he uses to write good things about himself on the net to trick even more people to invest in his scam companies.

Now again I didn’t know that my dad’s real name was not Ronald Flynn hahahahah this is getting funnier and funnier every time. Please go to the website where you can contact Ronald Flynn which is his real name and all of his contact numbers if you should have any doubt. When you are saying TGEG is a scam then you are saying that every government official and all the mayors involved in our company are a scam as well. You might want to rethink your wording when being harsh to a wonderful green energy company who is helping the people and the trash problem around the world.

A former friend of his (that he also scammed) says this:

All my dad has ever tried to do is be a straight shooter with everybody but as you can see sometimes it pays to be the ruthless business man and not be nice because people always take advantage of the nice guy. The biggest problem my dad has is that he trust too much and has huge heart for people.

They called me on my cell phone (I live in Sweden) every night at the exact time for about 2 weeks and wanted me to invest $5000 in TGEG. They tried to get my VISA information several times and when I instead asked them to send me all information via e-mail instead of calling me, they tried to talk about other things instead. But at last when i got really angry they sent me some (I must say very nicely done) pdf files and a contract to sign. On that contract, there was no evidence that my money was going to buy shares, but the receiver of the money was Ronald Flynn. No serious company works this way. They don’t call home to unknown people all over the world to try to get shareholders. No serious company asks me about my VISA card number over the phone. It’s a scam, believe me.

I threw everything in the bin..

God knows how many people he will fool this time.

1. VISA? We don’t even have a merchant account why would we ask for your visa number to make an investment. As a matter of fact I have never even heard of a company offering an investment through a visa transaction and if you have you are definitely dealing with the wrong business.
2. On the subscription document there is plenty of information informing the investor who they are investing with and every single law and regulation is listed. As a matter of fact the document is a 30 page document that you can go through with a fine comb and understand exactly what your investment consist of for all American investors. We also have an offshore documentation for all other countries beside the united states for offshore investors to fill out. Please again visit our website register and you will be able to view all this documentation for yourself.
3. Again we get our leads from sources who have qualified the perspective clients as accredited investors who are by referral base to offer them in opportunity in a great investment with our company. Now if we contacted somebody who is not accredited then there was a error on the lead source side because of maybe wrong number or wrong qualification.

It is my pleasure to join the forum and solve any miscommunication that anybody might be having. I understand how you feel a lot of people have been in the same situation you have gone through and it is very wise for you to do all your due diligence before getting involved in any company. Our Brazilian investor relation was trying to explain to you the reason why you must be involved for an investment is because this would make you a partner with our private company and legally you can then get involved as an agent to represent Spectrum Blue Steel. Now of course we could do an Agent of an Issuer contract were you could represent our company but the only issue is we have representatives all through Brazil and Latin America already as well as offices in those locations. We have already given the exclusive to those representatives that are in these Latin American countries to be an agent for Spectrum Blue Steel.

Thanks for all the wonderful post,we also were concerned putting out hard earned money on any investment. My husband made money on GBSC a few years ago and we like the green investment opportunity that Spectrum Blue Steel offers with its patented Biosphere Technology. I know the car people BMW have a similar technology they have been using at one of their plants for years. I feel bad for the man that thinks SBS is a con job because SBS has a multi-billion dollar contract with the Philippines Government to bring in and setup the Biosphere machines. I find it hard to believe with this much publicity and the SBS construction going in the Philippines that this investment is questionable. If they don’t put in machines they don’t make money, what would you do? I understand being upset, when I loose money I am upset, when I make money I am happy. My husband is always saying not to invest more than we can afford to lose, I felt a couple years ago we were finished with the stock plunge but we have accepted our position and are looking to regain some of our losses now.
We have gone over this investment and we don’t have anything but good things to say about SBS. I would guess this is really one of our better long range investments and we trust whoever is in charge over there not to blow it for the rest of us.

I want all of you to know Ron is for real and his vidios are as well. I had the pleaser to witness an Historic event which will help these people help them self out of a poverty.
